Position: First Press Operator

Reporting to: Manufacturing Manager

Work for one of BC's Best! We are seeking Fourth Press Operators to join our fantastic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates stacker and sheeter.
• Maintain quality control.
• Clean work area.
• Computer and data collection.
• Communicate with other press operators.
• Perform press operations, such as plate handling.
• Maintain skid and endboard levels.
• Performs/assumes related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in a manufacturing environment (printing preferred).
• Able to obtain quick knowledge of the sheeter, stacker, press and other machines.
• Must be willing to listen and learn.
• Knowledge of measuring devices in both metric and imperial (standard).
• Basic mathematical ability.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 45 – 70 pounds repetitively.
