Historic best for Teldon at IAPHC Gallery of Superb Printing Awards, and Web Offset Association Awards

"The 35th International Gallery was conducted amidst some very challenging times for the world economy and for the printing and publishing industry still being buffeted about by major structural shifts in the allocation of media buys. Therefore, to be able to inspect the seemingly all encompassing array of projects in every printing discipline (conventional, web offset and digital) as submitted by the team at Teldon Print Media in 2009 was a special privilege.

The panoply of awards won by Teldon in the 35th International Gallery is jaw dropping, not only did the firm win more awards than any other graphic arts firm in the Olympic city of Vancouver, Teldon Print Media was in fact the grand champion of all printing firms in the length and breadth of Canada with a staggering "medal count" of 77 awards. it is my honour to actually touch and inspect each entry, and this is what really tells the tale -- this giant in the Canadian market and increasingly the world, gives urgent and real meaning to one of its memorable marketing taglines -- Teldon really does "give a damn" for its clients, its industry, its employees, and the environment -- and it shows in another record setting award winning performance. It awes me, it delights me and it provides me proof that Print is Alive!"
All told, we were recognized with a total of 77 of the IAPHC Gallery of Superb Printing Awards in 2009 including a company best of 22 Gold awards.
In addition, in 2009, we were honoured with a stellar total of three first-place awards and four second-place awards in the Annual Web Offset Association Awards competition.
