A. “They care about what I think and feel. For instance, when I am heading home on a winter day they express concern if the weather and traffic is bad when I leave to head home for the Okanagan. They work around my schedule when I'm traveling to the plant for press checks. They give me ample warning on timing of the press checks and are always warm friendly and often I am greeted with hugs.”
